Glow In Dark Paintballs To Buy

Budget 2011: Health

Health Minister Jorge Lemus, today presented the draft budget 2011 in the Health Committee chaired by Deputy Jorge Selser, and received the lawmakers' questions.

Block From South Project, denounced the payment of premiums without any justification in the purchase of medicines and supplies, on which we discussed the background in our possession and that the Executive's representatives could not explain. The company Progen is in exclusive charge of purchasing and distributing drugs through the open procurement system, the premiums being paid and has awarded the purchase of 40% of inputs. This speaks of a negotiated level of petty corruption and complicity with government policy Macri. No one can speak of a health budget, with this lack of transparency in the management of shopping.

On the other hand, we have expressed the marked decrease in the resources provided for the Hospital Garrahan and the real risk of operational difficulties of the hospital. Given that both the Minister Lemus, the officials who spoke, said that the resources that historically have been, were little used by residents of the City and well used by residents of other jurisdictions. What is striking about this is that the resolution of the problem goes through a budget constraint and not by resolution, and financial policy in coordination with the users of the hospital jurisdictions.

We have also checked the budgetary constraints made both advocacy, prevention and health recovery in the current context of increased child mortality indicators in the City of Buenos Aires.
