condemn the repression in Villa Soldati

SOUTH PROJECT rejects complaint and repression against the families of Villa Soldati during the eviction that killed a young man.

National Deputy Chairman Claudio Lozano and South Block Project in the Buenos Aires Legislature Fabio Basteiro today denounced the repression exercised during the eviction in Villa Soldati that killed a 22-year-old shot.

From South Project have been denouncing the systematic policy of criminalization of protest by the Government of Mauricio Macri. In this regard, Claudio Lozano said: "Instead of addressing the serious housing conflict that has the City of Buenos Aires, Macri punishes families as government policy."

"The Head of Government vetoed the article on emergency law housing in which prohibit evictions, consequently resulting in the continued repression of the families, instead of giving solutions to the conflict in the home, Macri tries to resolve them through the courts and police, ie, criminalizing protest and resulting in there more deaths during the evictions, "said Lozano.
